Abstract

The article introduces constructions and parameters of air, water and thermosiphon cooling systems, for powerful semiconductor power devices with structure diameters of 76-101 mm., showing perspective developments in highperfomance cooling systems. The values of limiting currents and heat loss power of semiconductor power devices with air and water cooling are published for the first time.
